A WOW HOUSE This is a term I use to get prospective buyers to understand what makes one rental home very popular over the others. When you have a nice home with nice furniture with the Florida feel-good look, and a good pool area, the renters will walk in and say wow. This is a house that will stay rented! The other homes will look dull compared to this. I will be very honest with you when we are viewing homes and will give you my honest opinion. By the way, most of my customers have wow houses if they purchased from me because I am very particular about having the right location, a well built home, good furniture & an appealing pool area.
