that our enthusiasm for the place and people would diminish we decided to buy a holiday
home. I was purely by chance that we came across Kim Carusone, but I have to say it was
the luckiest of days. It is essential that you have a realtor who you feel comfortable with and who is experienced in what the "English" are looking for. Right from the start Kim was very enthusiastic and eminently knowledgeable...Upon our arrival Kim had left a package at our hotel containing details of the houses we were interested in along with other details that she thought might be of interest. The next day Kim picked us up from our hotel and drove us to various properties we had identified. Kim had set aside the entire time we were there just to deal with us, we were made to feel like we were her only client that mattered and that we had her undivided attention...The next day we set off and by lunchtime had found a beautiful five bedroom house overlooking a lake and backing into Disney property so we could see the fireworks from both the Magic Kingdom and Epcot every night... It was also very reassuring to know that Kim and Joe had previously owned their own property developing company and had built numerous houses. So when they kept an eye on construction you had no worries about quality of work...Even though we signed the purchased agreement six months ago One could simply not have asked for amore dedicated, friendly and caring people...we cannot recommend them highly enough."
